Marketing Officer at a Health Insurance Agency in Kwara State

Responsibilities

• Initiate and promote aggressive marketing campaigns 
• Develop and ensure the implementation of effective marketing plan
• Identify and develop marketing penetration strategies for the scheme
• Coordinate and participate in products promotional programs
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the marketing activities 
• Sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients 
• Conduct regular market intelligence activities 

Minimum requirements 

• Minimum of five years relevant experience in a marketing role
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
• MBA or relevant master's degree would be an added advantage 
• Good communication and negotiation skills 
• Result oriented and ready to meet and surpass target 
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel' MS Word' PowerPoint) 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
