Execute all aspects of HR and day-to-day administrative functions within the designated locations/region.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition & Management team.
Track and monitor the attendance of the head office team within the designated locations/regions for the implementation Of compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits team.
Execute and follow-up on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction within the designated locations/region.
Coordinate the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations, including office management, supplies procurement, utility payments, vendor coordination, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant HR experience of which at least 2 in a HR Generalist Role.
Abilityto maintain and handle sensitive and confidential information.
Broad knowledge and experience in labour law, compensation, payroll regulations, and tax requirements, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, internal communication, health and safety, and training and development etc
