    Hubspot and CRM Certified Specialist

    Job Description

    • A HubSpot Certified Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the use of HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service software to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
    • This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot's features and best practices, as well as the ability to analyze data and implement strategies that align with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    HubSpot Administration:

    • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, including user setup, roles, permissions, and integrations.
    • Ensure data integrity by regularly cleaning and importing/exporting data.

    Marketing Automation:

    • Design, build, and manage automated marketing workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing programs.
    • Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals and target audience needs.

    Sales Enablement:

    • Create and manage sales funnels and pipelines within HubSpot.
    • Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads for sales follow-up.
    • Provide training and support to the sales team on best practices and new features.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using HubSpot's reporting tools.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and achieving business objectives.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Implement and optimize customer service processes within HubSpot’s Service Hub.
    • Monitor customer feedback and engagement to enhance the customer experience.

    Integration and Customization:

    • Integrate HubSpot with other business systems (e.g., ERP, e-commerce platforms, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Customize HubSpot modules and templates to meet specific business needs.

    Stay Updated:

    • Keep up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates, features, and best practices.
    • Attend HubSpot webinars, training sessions, and industry events as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Certification: HubSpot Certification(s) in Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Software.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience using HubSpot for marketing automation, sales enablement, and CRM.
    • Experience with content management, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using HubSpot’s marketing, sales, and service hubs.
    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
