    Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Male Supervisor will be directly responsible for overseeing hostel operations and ensuring proper management of activities within the hostel environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily hostel activities and operations
    • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of hostels
    • Monitor hostel staff and service providers
    • Handle minor issues and escalate major concerns appropriately
    • Enforce hostel rules and university regulations
    • Maintain discipline and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
    • Previous supervisory or hostel management experience is an advantage
    • Ability to work with students and staff effectively
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Physically and mentally fit for hostel supervision duties
    • Preferably Male.

    Salary
    N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.

    Secretary / Personal Assistant (PA)

    Job Summary

    • Tunde Adejumo & Co. is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Principal Partner and management team.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and efficient day-to-day coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide full secretarial and personal assistance support to the Principal Partner.
    • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
    • Handle official correspondence, emails, memos, and document preparation.
    • Receive visitors and clients, ensuring professional front-desk management.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
    • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic) and records management.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries when required.
    • Assist with basic office administration and coordination of office supplies.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
    • Liaise with staff, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.
    • Perform other administrative or PA-related duties as assigned.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant (minimum of 2–5 years preferred).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Age: 40 - 45
    • Gender: Male Preferable.

    Salary & Benefits

    • NGN120,000 – NGN150,000.

    Manager, Hostel Facilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of all university hostels and residential facilities.
    • Ensure proper allocation of hostel accommodation to students.
    • Supervise hostel staff, porters, cleaners, and security personnel.
    • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
    • Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
    • Address student complaints and resolve accommodation-related issues promptly.
    • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security standards are maintained at all times.
    • Manage hostel inventory, utilities, and facility usage.
    • Prepare periodic reports on hostel operations and facilities.
    • Liaise with Student Affairs, Maintenance, and Security departments.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. (A degree in Hospitality Management or a Facility Management-related course will be an advantage)
    • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in hostel, facility, or property management.
    • Minimum age of 35 as of December 2025
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
    • Good conflict resolution and communication abilities.
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and facility management standards.
    • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
    • High level of responsibility, integrity, and accountability.
