    HRBP Coordinator

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Leadership & Oversight

    • Supervise and provide strategic direction to all Store HRBPs.
    • Conduct periodic performance reviews and capability assessments of Store HRBPs.
    • Act as liaison between Store HR and Central HR for policy interpretation and execution.

    Standardization & Compliance

    • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures across all stores.
    • Review incident report trackers, confirmation trackers, and other HR documentation to maintain audit readiness.
    • Monitor compliance with labor laws, hygiene, grooming, and HR process standards at store level.

    Talent Management

    • Review store-level talent acquisition plans and support in addressing gaps.
    • Drive structured onboarding, succession planning, and internal promotions across stores.
    • Monitor and guide the execution of engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

    Performance & Reporting

    • Ensure timely submission and quality of weekly/monthly reports from Store HRBPs.
    • Collate and analyze data to generate consolidated insights for management.
    • Align HR practices with sales and operational goals through KPI monitoring and HR data use.

    Training & Capability Building

    • Identify HRBP training needs and organize centralized or cross-store learning sessions.
    • Drive adoption of HR tools, trackers, and reporting templates.
    • Promote a learning culture across the HRBP team.

    Culture & Values

    • Champion SPAR values and drive a high-performance, customer-first culture.
    • Lead initiatives that boost morale, discipline, and engagement at store level.

    Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

    • Strong expertise in HR operations, labor law, talent management, and compliance
    • Proven experience supervising HR teams and aligning HR strategy with business needs
    • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
    • Ability to coach, mentor, and lead remote teams
    • High accountability, communication skills, and attention to detail
    • Strong business acumen and hands-on approach to problem-solving
