    Communications Associate

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a dynamic Communications Associate to help shape our voice, strengthen our brand, and tell the powerful stories of the people and communities we serve.

    What You'll Do

    • Accompany field teams during medical interventions, outreach programs, and community activities to identify and capture impactful moments.
    • Conduct beneficiary interviews with sensitivity and discretion, ensuring dignity and informed consent.
    • Produce short-form video content (testimonials, program highlights, social clips) for donor communications and social media.
    • Edit photos and videos to a professional standard using appropriate tools (Camwa, CapCut, Adobe suite, or similar).
    • Manage and grow HEI's social media, website, email, and digital platforms.
    • Maintain and enhance HEP's visual identity across campaigns and events.
    • Engage donors, partners, media, and key influencers to expand our reach

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills (text, photo, video).
    • Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva/graphic tools, and email marketing
    • Experience in nonprofit communications, public relations, or branding (preferred).
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver measurable results.
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and digital campaign skills.

    Operations & Admin Associate

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a dynamic Operations & Admin Associate to provide essential administrative and operational support that enables HET's programs and team to function effectively.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage office correspondence, filing systems (digital and physical), and document organization
    • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for internal and external meetings.
    • Prepare and process payment vouchers, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
    • Perform data entry for financial records, including expense tracking and petty cash management
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and support reconciliation processes.
    • Support event preparation and execution with administrative tasks.
    • Provide general support to team members as operational needs arise.

    What We're Looking For

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial record-keeping is a plus.
    • Reliable, punctual and able to maintain confidentiality.
