The position provides Human Resources support and guidance to Solar Turbines Leaders and employees throughout many EAME countries in the areas of hiring, employment relations, performance management, talent development and total rewards.
The position works closely with leaders and the Solar HR Team to build an environment that attracts and motivates high performance and engaged teams.
The position is part of the Europe, Africa, Middle East (EAME) Human Resources Team, and reports directly to the EAME HR Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have:
excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively interface with managers and employees from several countries and cultures
Ability to develop, implement and manage new HR policies and practices
Good organizational ability and priority management to provide timely support
Good problem solving and decision making in the context of the legal frameworks
Excellent team player
Knowledge of the Employee life cycle, HR Systems and employment law
Bachelors degree with 5-8 years experience
Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus
