Craft and distribute essential HR communications that align with our company’s values and regulatory requirements.
Manage internal announcements, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of important information throughout the company.
Oversee the probation period tracking and confirmation processes, ensuring evaluations are conducted fairly and timely.
Assist with various HR tasks as needed, providing support across the department to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
