    HR / Operations Officer

    Job Summary

    • The HR / Operations Officer provides dual support across human resources and operational functions to ensure efficient people management and smooth day-to-day business operations.
    • The role focuses on policy implementation, workforce coordination, operational efficiency, and administrative support, contributing to organizational effectiveness and service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities
    Human Resources Functions:

    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes in line with company policies.
    • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
    • Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and staff welfare activities.
    • Assist with disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations matters.
    • Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
    • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and staff entitlements.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and workplace regulations.
    • Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
    • Coordinate office administration, facilities management, and logistics.
    • Monitor operational workflows and assist in improving efficiency and service delivery.
    • Manage vendors, service providers, and office supplies procurement.
    • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost-control initiatives.
    • Assist in the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and controls.
    • Prepare operational reports, schedules, and internal documentation.
    • Support project coordination and internal stakeholder communication.
    • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, labour regulations, and operational standards.
    • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements.
    • Identify operational or HR risks and escalate appropriately.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years’ experience in HR, operations, or a similar administrative role.
