    HR Officer.

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

    • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
    • Conducting employee onboarding, offboarding and exit interviews accordingly.
    • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
    • Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper forms.
    • Regularly meeting with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
    • Developing monthly payroll ensuring all updates are processed accurately and payment made on time. 
    • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations such as NSITF, payee, withholding tax, pension, ITF, Group life e.t.c. 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of Bsc/HND in Human Resources, Industrial relations or related courses.  
    • Preferable with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in HMO is essential.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including outlook is required. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required 
    • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills. 

    Salary range: Negotiable
