We are looking for an execution-oriented and highly organized Senior Executive of Post Sales (Holidays) to manage the end-to-end post-booking operations lifecycle. Acting as a critical coordinator between clients, suppliers, accounts, and operations, you will lead with exceptional service standards to convert initial bookings into flawlessly managed and unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
POST SALES OPS : Ensure all holiday booking components (hotels, transport, flights) are thoroughly verified and confirmed inside strict SLAs.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Serve as the main touchpoint for clients pre-travel, managing modifications, cancelations, and escalations professionally.
SUPPLIER LOGISTICS : Coordinate closely with global DMCs, hotels, airlines, and internal visa/contracting teams to guarantee seamless execution.
FINANCE & COMPLIANCE: Liaise with Accounts for payment reconciliation, booking parkings, balance collections, refunds, and supplier pay-outs.
Requirements
3–5Years (OTA, DMC, or Holiday Ops)
Destinations expertise, Booking workflow, MS Excel, basic visa structures.
Strong communication, escalation resolution, detail-driven precision, and performance under operational timelines.
