We are looking for an HR Officer who will play a key role in building and sustaining a strong, people-centric culture at Lendha. This role requires someone who is passionate about employee engagement, talent development, and fostering a work environment where people thrive. Key Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Engagement – Develop and implement initiatives that promote teamwork, inclusion, and a high-performance work environment.
Talent Acquisition & Retention – Attract, onboard, and retain top talent by creating an exceptional employee experience.
People Development – Design and coordinate training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
Employee Well-being & Relations – Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering a healthy, positive workplace.
HR Operations & Compliance – Manage employee records, ensure labor law compliance, and streamline HR processes for efficiency.
Performance & Recognition – Implement feedback and reward systems that motivate employees and align with company goals
Qualifications
Minimum of First degree holder.
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
Passion for culture-building, employee well-being, and human-centered HR practices.
Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
High level of integrity, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
