    HR Officer

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
    • Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll inputs, and leave management.
    • Help implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
    • Provide support in performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback processes.
    • Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related events.
    • Prepare HR-related reports as required (headcount, turnover, leave summaries, etc.).
    • Support disciplinary and grievance processes under supervision.
    • Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor law (or relevant local labor laws).
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is an advantage.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
