    Import & Export Officer

    Responsibilities
    Export Operations (Warehouse → Port):

    • Company’s export documents: Ensure that all export documents of the company are always up to date
    • Opens bookings: verify and opens NXP and Bookings
    • Prepare outbound shipments: verify product availability, packaging, labelling, and export readiness.
    • Organize insured transport: book trucks or containers, confirm insurance coverage, and coordinate pickup schedules.
    • Manage export documentation: generate and validate packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, customs forms and others...
    • Supervise loading and dispatch: oversee physical loading, seal verification, and dispatch reporting.
    • Track delivery to port: monitor transit status, handle delays or incidents, and liaise with clearing agents.

    Import Operations (Port → Warehouse)

    • Company’s import documents: Ensure that all import documents of the company are always up to date
    • Receive inbound documentation: bill of lading, supplier invoice, insurance certificate, certificate of origin, quality, quantity, fumigation certificates, customs clearance forms and others...
    • Coordinate customs clearance: work with clearing agents to ensure timely and compliant processing.
    • Plan return transport: arrange insured delivery from port to warehouse, validate vehicle compliance.
    • Oversee warehouse reception: supervise unloading, verify quantities and condition, and complete receiving reports.

    Administrative & Compliance Duties

    • Ensure customs and regulatory compliance: maintain awareness of import/export laws and ensure all operations meet legal standards.
    • Maintain digital and physical records: archive all transit documents, clearance files, and insurance certificates.
    • Coordinate with external partners: Customs, shipping line, CMA, clearing agents, transporters, warehouse companies, and insurance providers.

    Manage transport insurance:

    • Verify coverage, initiate claims when needed, and follow up on reimbursements.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Document compliance rate: % of shipments with complete and accurate documentation.
    • Average transit time: warehouse to port / port to warehouse.
    • Logistics incident rate: % of shipments with delays, damage, or disputes.
    • Customs clearance success rate: % of shipments cleared without intervention.

    Qualifications

    • First degree or it's equivalent in business related course.
    • Good knowledge of Ms Word and MS Excel.
    • Working Relationships
    • Internal: Logistics officer, Finance Team, Procurement Team.
    • External: Transporters, Clearing Agents, CMA, Customs Authorities, Insurance Providers.

    Sales Executive - Digital Print Materials

    Job Description

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales within the Lagos dealer market, increasing customer base, and promoting digital print materials in key markets such as Shomolu.
    • The role involves customer engagement, market research, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sell digital print materials within the Lagos dealer market.
    • Gather competitor product details such as samples and pricing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with identified customers.
    • Develop new markets for digital print materials and expand the customer base.

    • Submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.

    Preferred Candidate Requirements

    • Graduate (OND/HND/B.Sc.).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in digital print materials.
    • Age range: 25–35 years.
    • Experience selling digital ink or print materials, especially in the Shomolu market.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with a mature and professional appearance.

    Pathology Technician (Oncology Focus)

    Role Summary

    • The Pathology Technician (Oncology Focus) provides essential technical support in the processing, preparation, and analysis of biological specimens, with a specialized emphasis on oncology-related samples.
    • The role supports cancer diagnosis, staging, and ongoing patient management while maintaining proficiency in general pathology procedures.
    • The technician ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality laboratory results in line with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline.
    • Valid practicing license/certification as applicable (e.g., MLSCN for Nigeria or equivalent regulatory body).
    • 3 years’ experience as a Pathology Technician, with at least some exposure to oncology or histopathology preferred.
    • Proficiency in histology and cytology workflows; experience with oncology markers/IHC is an added advantage.
    • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow complex protocols.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a multidisciplinary oncology environment.
    • Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive clinical schedules.

    Cold Room Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Cold Room Engineer will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of cold room systems and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, troubleshoot, and repair cold room systems, refrigeration units, compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
    • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system operation.
    • Monitor temperature controls, electrical components, and cooling systems for proper functionality.
    • Diagnose faults and provide timely corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
    • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts usage.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
    • Provide technical support during cold room upgrades or expansions.
    • Travel to Ibadan when required for maintenance or emergency repairs.

    Requirements 

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
    • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in cold room engineering or industrial refrigeration.
    • Strong knowledge of cooling systems, electrical controls, and mechanical components.
    • Ability to diagnose and fix technical faults independently.
    • Willingness to travel to Ibadan as needed.
    • Good communication and reporting skills.
