    Human Resources Manager / Senior Hiring Manager

    Job Overview:

    The Senior Hiring Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of HandyPros by leading recruitment efforts, onboarding skilled professionals, and ensuring they meet our high training standards. This individual will also be responsible for managing our professional database and providing development resources for our CSR team to ensure seamless client engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in various service fields, particularly skilled professionals and artisans.
    • Onboarding of Professionals : Oversee the onboarding process for new professionals to ensure smooth integration into the HandyPros platform, including orientation and introduction to company culture.
    • Training Standards Compliance: Ensure all recruited professionals meet HandyPros' training standards by coordinating pre-service training and continuous professional development programs. Monitor ongoing compliance with training requirements.
    • Database Management: Handle and manage the professionals bank database, including updating records, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring data integrity for ease of access and reporting.
    • Collaboration with CSR Team: Collaborate with the CSR team to provide professional development resources, training materials, and support for client-specific engagements, ensuring that professionals are equipped to meet client needs effectively.
    • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and training processes, including feedback mechanisms from users and professionals.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with industry partners and educational institutions to support recruitment efforts and professional development initiatives.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, onboarding success, and training program effectiveness to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in the service industry or related fields.
    • Strong understanding of onboarding processes, training methodologies, and database management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in HR software and database management systems.
