    Front Desk/Admin Officer

    A reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company in Lagos, is seeking a courteous, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk/Admin Officer to manage our front office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily business activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and attend to visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper front desk etiquette.
    • Handle office documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
    • Support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
    • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and official correspondence.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling).
    • Smart appearance and professional attitude.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
