    Operations Administrator (Fitness Industry) - Lagos

    We are seeking to hire a highly organized and process-driven Operations Administrator for our client in the health and fitness industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, experienced in project and event coordination, with a proven ability to manage operations independently and drive excellent customer satisfaction. This individual must be confident in taking ownership of daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration in a fast paced environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee and manage daily operational and administrative activities
    • Ensuring seamless customer experiences, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
    • Monitor workflows and improve efficiency
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events
    • Liaise with vendors and service provider. Track budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and records
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing operational issues quickly
    • Prepare operational reports and performance summaries
    • Support leadership with scheduling, resource planning, and operational insights.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive member retention and engagement.
    • Ensure the merchandise display is visually appealing, organized, and always available.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies and other consumables and ensure replacement as at when due.
    • Ensure studio rooms are clean, fully prepared, and properly set up for every class session.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or administration
    • Experience in project management and event coordination
    • Strong understanding of operational processes and systems
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Tech savvy and comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and reporting software
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to take ownership and work independently
