    HR Manager

    The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can develop HR policies and programs that align with business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
    • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources to attract top-quality candidates.
    • Conduct salary negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Advise and assist managers in addressing employee-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, performance management, and recognition programs.
    • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with the organization\'s strategic objectives.
    • Stay up to date with changes in labor legislation and proactively address any potential risks or issues.
    • Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation

     Job Requirements

    • BSc. in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 7 - 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
    • At least 3 years in a Managerial Role.
    • Experience in key industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Banking, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Consulting).
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • HR certification is an added advantage.
