The Project Implementation Strategist will be responsible for leading, planning, monitoring, and executing strategic projects that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to ensure the successful implementation of corporate initiatives across the Group.

Job Details

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives across the subsidiaries.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with senior management to align project objectives with the company’s corporate strategy.
• Drive execution of key business transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies for market expansion opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop KPIs and performance tracking systems to measure project success.
• Provide regular reports and insights on project progress, risks, and impact to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project executio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field. 
• A Master’s degree or PMP certification is an added advantage.

KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or business consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of executing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and investment management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
