Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers and clients to determine staffing needs
- posting job advert to a different online platforms to attract the best talent
- Screening and shortlisting CV
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Analyze job requirements with clients, identify clients’ needs according to discussion with clients
- Assist with job requisitions/job description development
- Collaborate with clients’ recruiting team to continually improve processes and experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in social sciences
- Very good with Microsoft Office
- 1+ years HR Experience
- Willing to start a career in Human Resources
