    HR Generalist

    Our client, a real estate firm is looking to hire a hands-on HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day operations, drive people management initiatives, and support organizational growth within the company. This role combines operational management with a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, ensuring the business runs efficiently and our people thrive. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, real estate agents, and project teams to align talent strategies with company goals, building a workplace culture that’s professional, motivated, and results-driven.

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resources:

    • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices aligned with local labor laws.
    • Coordinate training, coaching, and career development programs to support staff growth.
    • Handle payroll administration, benefits, leave management, and disciplinary procedures with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support organizational change, culture building, and employee engagement initiatives.

    Management & Operations:

    • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business performance.
    • Coordinate with property managers, agents, and project teams to streamline workflow and support service delivery.
    • Track performance metrics, budgets, and reporting for management review.
    • Support strategic planning, process improvement, and team performance alignment.
    • Maintain vendor and client relationships where required. 

    Qualifications

    • Degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field.
    • 4-5 years of progressive experience in HR and/or operations management, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management systems.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (experience with real estate management systems is an asset).

    Must have skills

    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
