Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:

- Handle payroll administration, benefits, leave management, and disciplinary procedures with accuracy and confidentiality.

Management & Operations:
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business performance.
- Coordinate with property managers, agents, and project teams to streamline workflow and support service delivery.

Qualifications
- Degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in HR and/or operations management, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (experience with real estate management systems is an asset).

Responsibilities
Organizational & Executive Leadership
- Serve as a trusted counsel to the senior leadership team on all matters about organisational design, executive talent, and strategic workforce planning.
- Diagnose and proffer solutions that enhance operational efficiency and agility across upstream and downstream business units.

Executive Talent & Succession Stewardship

Performance & Organizational Effectiveness
- Champion a performance management system that aligns individual goals to company objectives, driving accountability at all levels.
- Leverage HR analytics and business intelligence to provide the executive team with insight into workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and minimal operational disruption.
Industrial Relations & Stakeholder Authority
- Manage employee and industrial relations with an approach that protects company interests.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive, strategic human resources leadership experience.
- No less than 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, with demonstrable success within the upstream/downstream oil & gas sector or a related industry.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is essential; a Master\'s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, GPHR) are considered a significant asset.
- Proven track record of designing and executing HR strategies that have directly influenced business outcomes, including organisational transformation, talent pipeline development, and M&A integration support.
