    HR Generalist

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate should have experience in some or all of the following areas (at least 4 areas):

    • Performance management
    • Recruitment and onboarding
    • Development, review and implementation of HR policies
    • Development and implementation of robust Learning and Development plan
    • Design and implementation of total rewards
    • Culture and engagement
    • HR analytics and reporting

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as HR generalist with 3-6 years experience.
    • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, performance management, recruitment, training & development etc.)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    • Strong ethics and reliability
