• Smart Energies Solution Limited is seeking a strategic and dynamic IIR Business Partner (HRBP) 10 oversee and drive HR initiatives across our administration, operations, and other departments.
• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor's in HR. Business Administration, or related field (Master•s a plus).
• Experience: 5+ years in HRBP, preferably in energy or related industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws. HR policies, and compliance.
