    HR Assistant

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties including clerical and administrative support.
    • Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
    • Compile and verify staff details and account numbers to ensure accuracy.
    • Oversee and manage staff performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Assist in planning and conducting training seminars for employees about company policies, procedures, and best practices for their positions.
    • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
    • Assist in preparing reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics and turnover rates.
    • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to learn why they are leaving the company and how the company might improve its retention rate in the future.
    • Track the usage of cleaning materials for facilities and make projections for monthly needs.
    • Assist in preparing expenses budget for office needs, trainings, meeting and medical treatments.
    • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
    • Assist in performing periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: B.Sc. or HND required.
    • Experience:1-2 years of experience in an administrative, or HR-related role is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Ability to manage time efficiently.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
