Mathematics Teacher (Maths Teacher) at Greenland Hall

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various levels (e.g., Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Statistics).
• Student Engagement: Create an environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and ask "why?"
• Assessment & Tracking: Use data to monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and personalized support.
• Innovation: Integrate technology and real-world applications (like finance, engineering, or coding) into the classroom.
• Collaboration: Work with the STEM department to develop interdisciplinary projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Certification: Valid teaching license/certification for the relevant grade levels.
• Skills: * Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.
• Proficiency in use of the computer and educational software
• Strong classroom management and emotional intelligence.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is a plus, but we welcome energetic Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
