Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kano State, Nigeria for an After Sales Service Specialist - Electrical. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in diesel & Gas generator installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience in aftersales service, field service, or maintenance support
• Experience working with ATS panels, synchronization panels, and control systems
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with synchronization and load-sharing systems
• Basic mechanical knowledge related to engines (advantage)
• Ability to respond to breakdown calls and emergency service requests
• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical service reports
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients
• Willingness to work overtime and on emergency call-outs.

Job Summary

• ICS Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our client team. The role involves performing diagnostic tests, handling lab equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely results to support patient care in the diagnostic imaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process patient samples for analysis and diagnostic testing.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results.
• Maintain laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance with protocols.
• Assist radiology and clinical teams in performing diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor inventory and request laboratory supplies as needed.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or related field.
• Prior experience in a medical laboratory or diagnostic setting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and diagnostic testing.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
