We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR / Administrative Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management
Coordinate training and development programs
Oversee office administration, including facilities and supplies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5years of experience in HR and administration
Proven track record of success in HR management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
