    HR & Admin Manager

    Are you an experienced and meticulous HR and Administration Manager? Our client is seeking a skilled professional like you to ensure the seamless operation and continual improvement of our organization as we grow. Your expertise will play a crucial role in keeping our employees happy, engaged, and productive.

    As the HR and Administration Manager, you will oversee all HR and administrative functions, leading a team of specialists to deliver exceptional service to the company and its staff. We are seeking a strategic thinker, a hands-on leader, and an exemplary manager who can drive outstanding results.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our overall business goals.
    • Foster positive management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and other issues.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right talent is brought on board.
    • Support the organization's current and future needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining our human capital.
    • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
    • Cultivate a positive working environment that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the organization's HR management.
    • Collaborate with line managers to develop HR planning strategies and anticipate staff requirements.
    • Advise on compensation, benefits, promotion, and other employment-related matters.
    • Interpret and provide guidance on employment legislation, developing and implementing policies on various workplace issues such as disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management, and equal opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate employee records on compensation, leave, promotions, and terminations.
    • Address grievances and implement disciplinary procedures as necessary.
    • Oversee administrative areas, including office management, facilities management, and policy development.

    Organizational Structure & Design:

     

    • Conduct job analysis exercises and design comprehensive job descriptions.
    • Design an industry-specific organizational structure.
    • Develop HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure a seamless and compliant compensation structure.
    • Process payroll accurately and in accordance with legal requirements.

    HR Administration/Operations:

    • Maintain and update records in the HR information system and generate reports.
    • Coordinate with the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Administrator to enroll staff on the HMO plan and provide advice on HMO matters.
    • Promote rewards and recognition programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
    • Collaborate with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues and find suitable resolutions.
    • Communicate and administer the performance appraisal process.
    • Propose, plan, and implement employee engagement and talent development initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BSc in HR Related Degree
    • HR Certified
    • At least 2yr experience in Human Resources
    • Basic knowledge of labour laws
    • Excellent organizational & communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure
    • Experience working in a fast-paced service sales environment.
