Job Summary:

Hotel Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. They provide exceptional customer service, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the guest’s stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications both in person and via phone or online systems.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and directions.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest issues are resolved.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, updating records, and reporting daily activities.
