Hotel Receptionist/Hostess (Boutique Hotel & Spa) at Venmac Resources Limited

Position Overview: 

The Receptionist/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of beauty, intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills, making them a perfect ambassador for our hotel and spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about the hotel, spa services, and local attractions to guests.
• Handle reservations and inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Demonstrate excellent sales skills by upselling services and packages to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a beautiful and professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
