Hotel Manager at Nordic Hotels Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations and ensure seamless functionality 24/7.
• Collaborate with department heads to enforce clear SOPs.
• Foster superior guest services and address any escalated issues.
• Coordinate with Human Resources for employee training and development.
• Manage financial performance and participate in monthly performance meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of general management experience in a high-level operations role.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Property Management Systems and accounting software
