Job Summary:

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at their rooftop restaurant and lounge. This role is focused on ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining smooth daily operations in a high-end environment.

 RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Oversee daily operations of the rooftop restaurant and lounge, ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent guest service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and boost sales.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in hospitality management.
