Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Manager at CHELSEA HOTEL in Abuja.
- The Consultant will provide consulting services, conduct training sessions, and ensure exceptional customer service in the front office and food and beverage.
Qualifications
- Hospitality Consulting and Training skills
- Customer Service expertise
- Human Resource expert
- Experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage operations
- Experience in SOP writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
