Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic, highly driven Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the CEO and leadership team.
• This individual will drive critical business projects, ensure alignment of cross-functional initiatives, and translate strategic priorities into execution.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who bridges business strategy and operational excellence, ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to identify and prioritize strategic business projects.
• Oversee project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Develop governance frameworks for tracking progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Provide business insights and operational support to help drive decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, removing roadblocks and ensuring teams stay on track.
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business management, project management, or strategic operations.
• Proven track record of managing complex business projects from inception to completion.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic vision with operational detail.
• Familiarity with business analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking tools.
• Comfort influencing and engaging with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
