Summary
- A fast-growing healthcare facility in the Ososami/Liberty Stadium axis of Ibadan is looking for a smart, business-oriented, and result-driven professional to join our team as a Hospital Centre Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility
- Drive patient growth and business development strategies
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain excellent patient/customer service experience
- Ensure operational efficiency and target achievement.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years proven experience in hospital or healthcare management
- Strong business development and customer relationship skills
- Ability to coordinate daily hospital operations effectively
- Good leadership, communication, and administrative skills
- Must be proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.
