Head, Sales and Marketing at Vertex Realty Solutions Limited

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement both short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals and revenue targets.
• Sales management: Define sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, develop sales policies and processes, and ensure the sales team is motivated and effective.
• Marketing leadership: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Team leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales and marketing staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a results-driven environment.
• Market analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Financial management: Prepare and manage the annual sales and marketing budget, and forecast financial requirements.
• Client and relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Performance reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, such as market share, sales figures, and budget performance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years experience.
