Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Primary School to lead our primary school team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing the day-to-day operations of the school, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• strategic leadership and vision for the primary school, aligning with the school\'s overall mission and goals.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the primary school, including curriculum development, staff management, and student welfare.
• Lead and manage a team of teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting academic excellence, creativity, and social responsibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community to promote the school and its values.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to education, health, and safety.
• Manage the school\'s budget and resources, ensuring effective use of funds and efficient operation of the school.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in education, including curriculum changes, teaching methods, and technologies.

Requirements:

• NCE, B.ED. in Education or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in school leadership, including experience as a Head of School or Deputy Head.
• Proven track record of success in leading a team and managing a school.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, teaching methods, and educational technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
• Must reside in close proximity to Ejigbo
