Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Operations, based in Nigeria. The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations across multiple sectors, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and develop strategies for operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing processes, implementing policies, ensuring compliance, and driving performance metrics. The role also requires collaboration across departments and providing leadership for achieving organizational objectives.

• Experience in sectors such as real estate, financial technology, or hospitality is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset
