Job Description

• CasaLavoro Limited is seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Head of Marketing to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across our real estate and hospitality portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of brand positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Oversee brand identity, storytelling, and consistency across all channels.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen CasaLavoro’s market presence and brand equity.
• Lead all digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and content strategy.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase engagement, reach, and conversion.
• Track and analyze digital performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Explore and deploy innovative advertising methods to reach diverse audience segments.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in marketing or branding strategist, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Proven experience working in a reputable branding /marketing agency
• Demonstrated ability to execute end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and consumer behaviour.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns and measurable business impact.
