Head of Marketing at UNOCASA Limited

About the Role

• The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy of the company, with a strong focus on real estate campaigns, digital visibility, and on-ground lead generation.
• The role oversees both in-house and field marketing activities while coordinating content creation, brand management, and marketing performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
This includes but is not limited to:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive property sales, rentals, and management mandates.
• Coordinate creative and field marketing teams, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
• Supervise and approve digital content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns (digital and traditional) including Meta Ads, flyers, billboards, and media.
• Conduct market analysis of real estate trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust tactics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities translate into qualified leads and closed deals.
• Track ROI on paid campaigns and lead sources, providing regular performance reports to management.
• Manage events, expos, and open-house promotions to boost visibility and sales opportunities.
• Oversee brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and customer touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring productivity, creativity, and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years  experience in real estate marketing (sales, rentals, developments).
• Proven experience managing both digital and field marketing teams.
• Strong expertise with digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Track record of successful real estate campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Ability to multitask, lead teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
