You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to sustain and grow brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. Job Details

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Shuttlers' business goals.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions to drive marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning

Brand Management:

• Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen Shuttlers' market presence.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
• Manage brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand equity.

Digital Marketing:

• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer engagement.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
• Implement loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Public Relations and Communications:

• Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance Shuttlers' reputation and visibility.
• Serve as the company spokesperson for marketing-related matters.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team and monitor progress.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor and control marketing expenditures to achieve financial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the mobility, transportation, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
