Interns are expected to attend all scheduled meetings, department activities, mandatory training sessions, book reviews, and coaching sessions. Additional flexibility may occasionally be required during product launches, campaigns, client activities, or special projects.

As an intern, you will work on real business projects, solve real business problems, and contribute meaningful work while receiving structured training, mentorship, regular feedback, book reviews, and practical assignments.

Successful interns who consistently demonstrate strong character, measurable performance, continuous growth, and alignment with the Company's values may be considered for full-time employment upon successful completion of the programme.
How You'll Work
You will be assigned to one of the following departments:
Each intern will report to an assigned supervisor who will provide coaching, feedback, and guidance throughout the programme. You will participate in structured learning while contributing to real departmental projects. Your progress will be measured through practical assignments, performance reviews, book reviews, workshops, and day-to-day execution.
This programme combines classroom learning with practical business experience because we believe professionals develop best by applying knowledge to real work.
What You'll Learn & Contribute
Sales Internship
Learn how to close sales, customer communication, lead generation, customer qualification, CRM management, objection handling, and relationship building. You will contribute by supporting lead generation activities, prospect research, CRM updates, customer follow-up, sales administration, and other sales-related projects assigned by your supervisor.
Marketing Internship
Learn the fundamentals of direct response marketing principles, copywriting, customer psychology, content marketing, campaign planning, market research, analytics, and brand communication. You will contribute by supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, competitor research, campaign reporting, marketing operations, and other marketing projects assigned by your supervisor.
Product Internship
Learn how education consulting projects are researched, reviewed, managed, and delivered while developing strong research, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. You will contribute by supporting client school selection, reviewing annual visa requirements, researching universities and admission opportunities, reviewing client research papers and academic submissions, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supporting research and product development initiatives within the department
Operations Internship
Learn how high-performing businesses build systems, improve processes, document workflows, and deliver operational excellence. You will contribute by supporting administrative activities, documenting processes, improving workflows, maintaining operational records, and assisting with business operations
Learning Responsibilities
Throughout the internship programme, you are expected to actively develop the professional, technical, and interpersonal skills required to become a high-performing professional within your chosen department.
Operational Responsibilities
Interns are expected to contribute meaningful work while developing practical business experience within their assigned department.
Core Role KPI
The primary measure of success for every intern is Consistent Successful Completion of Assigned Deliverables.
Interns are expected to consistently complete assigned work to the expected standard while demonstrating continuous improvement, ownership, professionalism, and the ability to apply what they learn throughout the internship programme.
