Commercial Lead at EasyUP Business

EasyUp is looking for a results-driven Commercial Lead to own new business revenue generation and help build our growing commercial function.

Premium base salary + industry-leading uncapped commission

What you’ll own

• Generate profitable new business revenue
• Identify and qualify high-value B2B opportunities
• Engage and negotiate with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through conversion
• Build and maintain a healthy commercial pipeline
• Test and improve sales approaches based on results
• Align marketing activities with commercial priorities

Who we’re looking for

• You have proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial growth and can demonstrate measurable results—whether that’s customers won, revenue generated, sales growth, or pipeline growth.
• We’re looking for someone with strong commercial judgement, excellent communication skills, and the initiative to independently pursue and close opportunities.
