    Head of Marketing

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing with exceptional management skills, strategic acumen, and a passion for business development.
    • This individual will lead the marketing function, driving category growth, optimizing P&L performance, and implementing data-driven, results-oriented marketing strategies.
    • The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a proven track record in delivering impactful brand transformations, particularly within the FMCG sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and consumer insights.
    • Team Empowerment & Organizational Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing teams. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Category & Business Growth: Identify growth opportunities across categories; implement plans to enhance brand equity, market share, and revenue.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage market research, analytics, and performance data to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure cohesive execution of business objectives.
    • Brand Transformation & Innovation: Champion brand positioning initiatives and go-to-market strategies that elevate consumer perception and drive market penetration.
    • P&L Management: Own and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business administration, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
    • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale marketing campaigns and brand transformations.
    • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and consumer behavior.
    • Proven expertise in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and business development.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Experience with multinational brands (e.g., Nestlé, Unilever, Mondelē¯z, Chi Limited, or similar organizations).
    • Passion for leveraging consumer insights to create long-term value.
    • Agile, innovative mindset with a focus on sustainable growth.
    • Track record in developing talent and building future leaders.
