Head of Farm Operations at Bizpoint Consult Limited

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the farms and its team.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met
• maintaining safe working practices
• managing and motivating the teams and supervisors
• ensuring welfare of livestock
• ventilation management
• feed management
• vaccinations management
• ensure good/high production performance 
• record keeping

The successful candidate must have experience in chicken breeding.

You will need:

• Effective people management skills
• Ability to carry out manual duties
• Proficient computer skills
