Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Business located in Ibadan, with some work from home acceptable. The Head of Business will oversee day-to-day operations, manage financial planning and analysis, lead and manage teams, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves strategic planning, decision-making, and fostering growth and innovation within the organization.

• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Strong Marketing experience in Food E-commerce is a plus
• Team Management skills and experience
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the technology or food delivery industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
