Our Client in the Retail Industry requires a Head of Business to join their team.

Job Summary

To oversee and lead the installation business, ensuring that staff and 3rd party installers uphold service excellence standards on all projects. Perform business development functions for the business. 

Requirements

• First Degree in Mechanical Engineering & (MBA) with 8-10 years working experience. 

• Quantity Surveying experience or technical knowledge would be an added advantage.

• Proven Track Record of New Business Development & Leadership. 

• Experience in Installation or Similar Business.

• People Leadership & Experience.

• Strategic Thinking & Planning.

• Great Communicator with Multiple Stakeholders.

• Experience with organizational performance management.

• Experience with Resource Management.
