As our Founding Operations & Growth Manager, you'll work directly with the Founder to help build and grow LearnSpeakly.
This is not a traditional corporate role where responsibilities are limited to one department. You'll gain hands-on experience across operations, marketing, customer success, partnerships, business development, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
You will help drive the day-to-day success and long-term growth of LearnSpeakly by:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the business
- Coordinating projects and ensuring priorities are executed effectively
- Assisting with customer support and learner success
- Helping onboard and support tutors
- Supporting marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
- Building relationships with community organizations and strategic partners
- Assisting with business development opportunities
- Tracking business performance and preparing reports
- Coordinating with the technology team to improve the platform
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
- Working closely with the Founder to execute strategic initiatives
