The Head, Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labour laws.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Lead employee relations, ensuring a positive work culture and resolving workplace issues effectively.
Manage performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Oversee compensation and benefits structures, including payroll administration and incentive programs.
Drive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Lead succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
Oversee disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and grievance handling in line with company policies.
Collaborate with management to foster a culture of productivity, innovation, and inclusivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
